  • Complete all necessary searches on the legal status, charges and liabilities of the property.
  • Drawing of the necessary power of attorneys.
  • Obtain NIE number (foreigner’s identification number).
  • Tax consulting- tax consequences in Spain and Norway when purchasing a property in Spain.
  • Financial consulting.
  • Signing of the Title Deed at the Public Notary office.
  • Payment of taxes and charges.
  • Registering the Title Deed.
  • Transfer of all water and electricity contracts.
